June1988 K&L Motion Picture Equipment is established in Seattle, Washington USA as the exclusive dealer of Panther Dollies and Cranes in North America.

May1991 K&L Motion Picture Limited is established in Japan.

1992 Grip operation begins, along with import business.

1994 K&L Limited becomes K&L Inc. (LTD), a joint- stock company.
Grip Department has 4 Super Panther Dollies in rental and 14 highly trained Grips.
Sets Japanese sales record of 10 Super Panther Dollies.

1995-96 Purchased 2 Pegasus Crane Systems and 2 camera remote systems.
Represent 15 motion picture equipment rental companies.
Over 500 separate productions have now used K&L equipment and Grips.

1997-99 Own and operate 8 cranes (2nd largest inventory in Japan).
Own and operate 5 Panther dollies (largest inventory in Japan).
Own and operate 3 Remote Camera Systems (2nd largest inventory in Japan).
Own and operate 10 equipment vehicles (trucks, vans, etc.) - largest fleet in Japan.
